Currently we have five models in our line. Each is targeted for a particular market.
Several important technical innovations have been introduced recently that should be noted. A new precision-molded compound diaphragm clamp is now employed on all models. The clamp absolutely ends diaphragm creep and locks in the factory-set diaphragm tension forever. Also, a regulated high-voltage bias supply is in production. This highly stable supply permits the bias voltage to be ser at its theoretical maximum. Efficiency and dynamic range are enhanced by 5 to 6 decibels. Line voltage fluctuations over the range of 100 VAC to 130 VAC (200 VAC to 260 VAC for 230 VAC mains) have no effect on speaker performance. Furthermore, the regulator protects the speaker from voltage surges and it reduces line noise. In brief, the regulator stabilizes and processes the line voltage.
DYNASTAT
The Dynastat is a hybrid system that employs a wide-dispersion electrostatic array and a 9’’ dynamic driver (it has a 3’’ diameter voice coil wound with intimately nesting hexagonal cross section wire that provides extraordinary power handling capacity). The voice coil and compliant supports are vented to provide long, linear excursions. The electrostatic driver is exactly the same technology that is used in our most expensive speaker. Succinctly, the Dynastat is not an after-thought. No corners have been cut in its designs or manufacture. The Dynastat is a truly state-of-the-art design at its price point.
The interior woodwork of the electrostatic array uses a tropical long-grain wood that resists warping and insures that the factory-set calibration of the sensitive diaphragm will last indefinitely. The low-frequency enclosure is constructed of thick high-density acoustical-grade particle board to provide the stiffness and mass necerrary to prevent box resonances.
The aesthetics of the Dynastat are unique. From the front view it appears as a six-foot tall array having a width of 15 ½’’ and a depth of only 2 ½’’. Aesthetically, the array has a flat facet down the middle of its full length. On either side of the facet the array slopes gently in the horizontal plane and, finally, a soft full ¾’’ radius borders the entire structure. It is a simple but elegant visual statement that fits well in either classical or contemporary decors. The Dynastat is efficient, plays effortlessly at realistic levels and has sonics that are pure and natural.

MODEL A-2X
The A-X2 is our smallest full-range electrostatic speaker. It is a two-way system that uses a separate electrostatic woofer and tweeter. The woofer incorporates our resonance distribution for optimum bass response. The tweeter is a widely-dispersing curved vertical line source. Though this model is modest in size compared to other full-range electrostatics it produces very satisfying sound pressure levels with the absolute purity of electrostatic reproduction over the full audio spectrum.
The electronics of the A-X2 interface system uses the highest quality components available. Only military-grade glass-epoxy ciruit boards are used. Since very high electrostatic fields are generated special insulation is used that covers all high-voltage conductors to prevent leakage paths that could compromise sound quality, especially in humid environments.
All of the woodwork is accomplished by our own craftsmen. The inner woodwork is manufactured to very close tolerances to assure uniform acoustical characteristics. The outer woodwork is furniture-grade quality. The hardwoods are carefully hand selected for beatiful grain patterns. Each pair of speakers have mirror-image-matched grain patterns for the ultimate in furniture beauty.

MODEL PRISTINE
The model Pristine is a high-performance full-range electrostatic loudspeaker. It utilizes a separate electrostatic woofer and tweeter. The woofer incorporates the distributed-resonance system for optimum bass response. The tweeter is a widely-dispersing curved vertical line source. The Pristine is a high-performance speaker. It is capable of generating realistic sound pressure levels.
From the exterior the Model Pristine appears to be identical to the A-2X expect that it is twelve inches taller. However, the Pristine has a significantly larger radiating area and a heavier-duty interface electrostatics system. Sonically, these differences provide more command in the lower frequencies and greater power handling capability than the A-2X.
The woodwork of the Pristine is furniture-grade quality and each pair of speakers is mirror-image-matched for the ultimate in beauty. Only premium quality hand selected solid hardwoods are used on the trim. The interior parts are made from a non-warping tropical wood so that the factory calibration remains intact over time and use.

MODEL A-3
The Model A-3 is a tall single-diaphragm system that has curvature only in the horizontal plane. Visually, it appears to be a sector of a vertically standing cylinder. Generically, this categorizes the A-3 as a vertical line source. The full audio spectrum is represented at every point on the the diaphragm (except for the the very low frequencies which are graded according to the distributed-resonance principle). Since all frequencies radiate from a single curved surface, phase coherency is optimum and, as would be expected, staging is extremely accurate. The A-3 effortlessly reproduces the full audio spectrum from delicate sonic nuances to explosive wave fronts.
The A-3 incorporates a regulated bias supply which maintains a constant bias voltage in spite of line variations ranging from 80 VAC to 130 VAC (180 VAC to 260 VAC).
The woodwork of the A-3 is made of premium woods by our own craftsmen. The inner framework is made of a non-warping tropical wood to assure that the sensitive diaphragm maintains its factory-set parameters indefinitely. The outer woodwork consists of hand-selected premium hardwoods. Each pair of A-3s has mirror-image-matched grain patterns for ultimate beauty. The elegant simple lines of the A-3 blend well with virtually any decor.

MODEL A-1
The Model A-1 represents our best effort in the design and manufacture of a single curved-diaphragm system. The A-1 is a vertical quarter cylinder in its geometry. Generally, this categorizes the A-1 as a vertical line source. Although, in many respects it is similar to the the Model A-3 in philosophy and appearance, the A-1 has consideraby more radiating area and has an interface electronics package that is capable of twice the peak power handling capacity of the A-3. The full audio spectrum is represented on every square inch of the diaphragm (except for the the very low frequencies which are graded according to the distributed-resonance principle). Imaging is rated as „superb“ by many sophisticated listeners who have lived with the A-1s. This is a result of the excellent phase coherency due to the full audio spectrum emanating from a single diaphragm. It is not usual for owners of the A-1s to employ strong adjectives in their appraisal as „unsurpassed“, „incomparable“, etc.
The physical beauty of the A-1 does not take back seat to its acoustic excellence. As with all of our products the woodwork is executed by our own craftsmen. The inner woodwork is constructed of a stable non-wraping wood to assure that the diaphragm parameters remain unchanged with time and use. The outer woodwork is made of choice hand-selected hardwoods. The grain patterns of each pair of A-1s are mirror-image-matched to give them the ultimate in aesthetic beauty. The elegant but simple design lines of the A-1 add to any decor.
